The Best Powder Coating in the Industry

Prior to coating, our steel bed rack components are sandblasted to achieve a surface profile that paint can really stick to. After sandblasting, they are sprayed with a zinc-rich primer, then they are powder coated, and finally they are cured in a 400° oven. The curing process formulates a protective skin and promotes adhesion of the coating.

We are so confident in our powder coating process, that we offer a 3 YEAR RUST FREE GUARANTEE!! If any part of your bed rack rusts within 3 years of the initial purchase date, we will replace that piece free of charge.
