WARRANTY

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. Should anything be delivered with a mechanical defect, let us know and we will take care of you. Warranty is non-transferable.

RETURNS (EXCLUDING TRUCK BED RACKS & TRUCK BED CROSSBARS)

Contact us prior to any returns for authorization and instructions.

Any returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is to cover our packaging time, and our time spent inspecting the returned item.

If an item has been installed and shows any signs of use, we cannot accept a return.

When sending in a return, ensure that the item is packed well. If the item is damaged during the return trip back to us due to poor packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.

RETURNS FOR BED RACKS & CROSSBARS

Because of their size, and complexity of packaging, we are not able to accept returns for Truck Bed Racks or Truck Bed Crossbar Systems. When shopping, please ensure that the item is right for you before placing your order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% non-refundable surcharge.

This surcharge is intended to cover the credit card processing fees that we incur from each transaction, which is non-refundable to us.

*Orders containing T-track aluminum extrusion material (all truck bed racks and truck bed crossbar systems) cannot be cancelled after the material has been cut to length for your order. Material is usually cut within 1 to 3 days of order placement, and often the same day.

Sometimes even after you unsubscribe from their email list, they just keep popping up.... Isn't that annoying???? Aren't you sick of deleting those? When you order from us, you will receive precisely two emails: One for your order confirmation, and one with tracking information at the time of shipping. That's it. We promise not to be annoying.
