CXR FORTRESS BED RACK LENGTH SELECTION GUIDE

Our CXR truck bed racks are designed to cover the full length of your truck bed.

Most truck bed racks have attachment points at the bottom of the bed rack legs, this limits where the bed rack can be attached on most truck beds, which forces our competition to offer racks that are significantly shorter than the truck bed.

A full length bed rack provides more room for gear, much better floor support for roof top tents (RTT’s), and in our opinion, they look much better.

The BRS is a unique design feature which gives the CXR Fortress bed racks unmatched capability.

CXR Unique Bed Rack Attachment System

Many truck beds have limited areas where a truck bed rack can be attached.

As you can see in this image, because of the BRS, our attachment brackets can be positioned anywhere along the length of the truck bed where there is a convenient place to connect the rack to the bed.

All of our racks attach to your truck bed with NO DRILLING.

If your truck is not equipped with a mounting rail in the bed, that’s no problem, we supply our NO DRILL CLIPS, which clamp under the metal “lip” inside the bed for secure attachment.

One amazing byproduct of the Base Rail System is the built-in ability to attach additional bars across your truck bed which allows you to carry more gear!!

A FEW WORDS ON bed RACK LENGTH SELECTION

The CXR racks are designed to be 2 inches shorter than your bed length. This is done to allow a small amount of fore/aft adjustment in rack placement.

Ordering is simple: Find the drop-down menu at the bottom of the rack listing and enter your truck bed length.

If you are unsure of your bed length, simply measure the inside length of the bed from the front wall to the tailgate.

If you still aren’t sure, give us a call or shoot us an mail, we are here to help!!
